Marsh Harrier

It was quiet at Graylake at 11.45 this morning when the male Marsh Harrier apeared in the distance being mobed by crows and lapwings. It made its way right up to the hide and landed in the reeds. After taking to the air it was joined by a female and we were treated to a grandstand view of the Marsh Harrier's prebreeding aeial display, including the sky dance. A magic moment for me.
