This tree is in my neighbours garden and he has a similar one in the front, the amount of sparrows in there varies greatly but the most I have seen that I have been able to count (they keep moving) is 55, and the least is about 25 - 30, they come out every morning when the sun comes up, and are backwards and forwards all day. a great sight to see
