Hi everyone,
Some of you will know about Lola. For those who don't, here she is ... the phantom fat ball and suet cake eater, the reason why I needed a 9 foot tall feeding station pole, the reason why my ground feeder is on the front lawn rather than at the back where the other feeders are, the reason my birds are safe from cats ...
She wishes you all a very Happy Christmas.
She may be 2 years old on January 4th. We will see how she goes on between now and then!!!!!
Cheers, Linda.

She looks great! Have a lovely Christmas! :)
Here's Benji -woops! Didn't intend it to be so big! He's not very large really! And P.S. saw a beautiful little egret today, there are two of them that seem to spend quite a bit of time in a wooded stream running past the back of houses on our daily walk. Must be one of the loveliest birds, so pure white.
Hi Sparrow
Aaaah what a beautiful girl she is - her eyes are adorable, how could you not forgive all that she does with eyes like that. Funnily enough her birthday falls on the same day as my OH's LOL - Merry Christmas Lola! xxx

Hi Scrabbler
Benji is certainly a handsome boy! He looks like he's smiling and yet another pair of soppy eyes!
Yes Egrets are lovely but have only ever seen them from a distance.
Lola says Merry Christmas to Benjie. He is adorable, and probably naughty - I can see mischief in his eyes!
Hi, Lola & also Benji. You both look like 'butter wouldn't melt' which we dog owners know can be very deceptive! Have a good Christmas, both you & your families, Woof!
Haha! Benji's looks are deceiving - it's a battle for supremacy in this house!
Hi Scrabbler,
I know the feeling. We lost the battle a long time ago! When we bought a new lounge suite, we had to get a 3-seater sofa and 2 chairs. The chairs are for us - no room on the sofa!
Hello Sparrow,
I am glad i am not the only person to have lost a piece of furniture to a pet! My collie/labrador cross, despite having her own bed likes to get comfy either on the settee or an armchair.
My dog has a habit of nibbling bird food as well and the only way around it, is to put the food up as high as possible! It is possible to get the balance.
Some very cute pictures everyone!
LOL Sparrow!
What a great picture. They look totally zonked to the world! If you were cheeky enough to sit on "their sofa" would they all climb back on on top of you! What a life of Riley they have.
As you know we only have Garfie but he just loves to sit slap bang (as he is at this moment) in the middle of our sofa stopping either of us from laying out - he gets quite miffed if we dare to sit down beside him as this makes one of the cushions raise up while he is laying across where the cushions meet in the middle making him uneven - Oh boy does he not like that! If we even try it, he starts attacking our feet! So most of the time me and OH are scrunched up together on whatever sofa the cat isn't sleeping on!
