Fledgling thrush

So I saved a fledgling thrush from a cat today. Very lively creature. But the cat has taken half the tail feathers. Bird couldn’t fly. Maybe just a novice. Maybe the tail. Maybe shock. This baby has the full feathers but you can see the baby fluff still. I’ve popped him or her into a rabbit hutch after being turned away from a rescue place Slight frown

advice please people. Put water and cat food and snails into the hutch. And a big tree branch which he’s happily sitting on. The family are close. But so are cats
