That's all very civilised. I have about 40 juvenile starlings here (and their parents) as well as roughly the same number of Feral Pigeons. Bath time is more of a free for all. The water is changed every half hour or so.

Yes it’s sometimes like that as well, I change the water two or three times a day as well, you have to if the magpies visit, they don’t mess about there is usually no water left after they have had a bath. I bet you go through some feed as well with all the starlings, I am just starting to see a few now.
