Bugs, birds and leaf kebabs! Roll up your sleeves, get your boots on and go wild with RSPB Cymru this October at our family events across the city.

Autumn in Cardiff is brilliant. With parks and gardens jam-packed with berries, seeds and nuts, you might spot a jay hurrying around to bury fallen acorns or you might be lucky to see a hedgehog taking advantage of the bumper wild harvest before finally turning in for the winter. Get muddy making leaf angels in Bute Park, watch the beautiful starling murmurations in Cardiff Bay and go on your very own fungi expedition in Forest Farm. Nature is an adventure waiting to be had, so wrap up warm, pop your wellies on and enjoy the outdoors.
