Daytime Wednesday, strange sounds from various bushes. Bird boxes on posts, but no birds, windows gently blowing from tree tops. Miles of cable hidden in the undergrowth and little lights strung around walls and fences, what does this all mean? At dusk when the light fades and the half yellow moon breaks through the cloud it all becomes clear. This stunning reserve is turned into a magical mystical space as Jony Easterby’s For The Birds experience premiers.

Audiences arrive by buses and follow the trail of lights through the woods, across the fields and along the board walk experiencing this spectacular trail of light, sound and sculpture in celebration of birds.
