Brave cyclists tackle Welsh landscape help save wildlife
From the iconic South Stacks to the sweeping slopes of Yns Hir, RSPB Cymru protects some of Wales’ most memorable places. This weekend, 11 cyclists will be proving their grit by cycling the entire length of Wales - all to raise money and help the RSPB keep Wales wild.
From midnight on Saturday, the group will be cycling for roughly 21 hours through the distinctive, rugged Welsh countryside and several of its larger cities. The route is a staggering 363 km, but with the team hoping to raise at least £500, they’re certain it’ll prove worth the effort.
