Exciting times as we get to say Croeso nol to the Cardiff Wildlife Explorer Group.  The group is returning with a great programme of activities lined up, perfect for anyone aged 5 to 12 in the Cardiff area who loves exploring nature.

Every month the Group will meet to discover more about the amazing wildlife that can be found in Cardiff. Exciting activities will include wildlife walks in Bute Park, pond dipping in Cardiff Bay Wetlands, quizzes, gardening at Forest Farm and making bird and bat boxes. The group will meet on the last Saturday of every month (10.30 to 12.30) in Bute Park, so why not give it try? For more information, contact the group leader Natalie on natand49@yahoo.co.uk

Fancy helping? Do you like the idea of inspiring the next generation of wildlife explorers (and having a lot of fun)? The group is looking for assistant leaders to help run the activities – find out more here: www.rspb.org.uk/volunteering/5880-wildlife-explorer-group-assistant-leader.

Don’t live in Cardiff? There is no need to worry, because there are awesome Explorer groups based around Wales. Look out for groups in Newport, Cwmclydach, Ynys-hir, Conwy and (coming soon) Blaenavon!
