I was a bit thrown by how to list the habitat features in my garden accurately. The area I decided to count in is pretty tiny but there is a large dense yew tree, compost heap, pond, deciduous shrub and wildlife area immediately outside this small garden space. These features surely must be a factor in which birds visit my feeders although, if I was to be strictly accurate, they should have been excluded from the report I gave. Any advice for next time?
