Hello there
Has anyone been watching Autumnwatch tonight?
9-10pm on BBC 2
Regards
Kathy and Dave
Yes I watched it Friday night and thoroughly enjoyed both!! Although I really like Bill, I feel that he is better suited to his 'solo' programs, such as 'birding with Bill Oddie' etc... Chris is much more part of a team and I think that the balance is just right between all of them!
I agree with Blackbird that it would be good to see just a bit less of the deer... So many more wonderful wildlife spectacles out there! Shame about Titus though.
Can't wait for next Friday!!! :-D Really looking forward to Kate's bird of prey 'mini-series' too!

Hi Kesmo,
You can always by his latest book "Wild Life" its an autobiography of his adventures and wildlife experiences,
i thoroughly enjoyed it.
At 15.18 today a message came up with the live webcams that Percy has gone home. He lost a fight with Cassius this morning.
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
I have been watching some of the action today and it has been fascinating. Caligula and Tangle97 have also been featured in some contests.
Hi scrat
Thanks very much for that, I just added it as a thought, didn't expect an answer so really pleased to see yours!

There have been a few newcomers today haven't there? Cassius was one such. In between I have a nose at the messageboards as the Autumnwatch Team post on there now and again and there was one comment that made me smile:- "Tangle97 is his research name. He hasn't got a stage name yet". Presumably they will change his name at some point and if I miss it, I won't have a clue about whom they are talking!
I love the show!

I'm at work that evening (my last Friday woo hoo) and I haven't bothered to watch the rest of the series so far but I think I'll be going to iPlayer to watch this one!
Millie & Fly the Border Collies
I'm enjoying the show.
I think Unsprung isn't structured enough and people miss out on their footage and pictures shown and it goes off topic.
I miss Bill Oddie.
