Not sure if this is the right place to post but today we saw our first swallow of the year, They usually appear here in North East Fife around 12-19 April but never earlier
Is there a dedicated post for swallow sighting and discussions
Southerly wind, so I suspect there's been a surge of incoming migrants in the last 24hrs or so. As far up as Fife, I've not got any idea though. I know there have been swallows here a few days ago, so not unsurprising. Re where to post, used to be threads set up for early migrants. I don't think there has been one the last few years though.

2 swallows spotted on the solway coast near Dalbeattie, Galloway tonight
