Lots of bird species can live for 20 years or more. Take a look at these BTO longevity records for British species: http://blx1.bto.org/ring/countyrec/results2010/longevity.htm. That's just for ringed birds - it's known, for example, that the unringed female Osprey that breeds at Loch of the Lowes is in her mid-20s so she beats the BTO record. Several pet cockatoos of various species have reached their 70s and 80s. I'll leave the other questions as they are not ambiguous :)
