You've been introduced to the contestants over the week so now is the time to vote for your favourite raptor!
If anyone is torn and needs a recap before casting your votes you can read the posts about these five raptors via the species links for sparrowhawk, buzzard, kestrel, red kite and peregrine.

I don't suppose it will come as any surprise to anyone but my vote has to be for the red kite. They are graceful, colourful and what's more they are virtually a garden bird.

My vote has to go for the Kestrel, especially since I had a lovely experience with one at a falconry experience day several years ago :-)
Millie & Fly the Border Collies
Its got to be 'BUZZARD' for me, I love watching them here in Snowdonia.
Wish you'd had Osprey on your list :))
Hmmm I have two particular favourites and neither are listed, Merlin and Hen Harrier
No prizes for guessing which I voted for.

Let not your heart be troubled
It will come as no surprise that I voted the same way as TJ, although kestrel is a close second.
Best wishes Chris

The buzzard is the only bird of prey I have ever seen in my neighbourhood - he flew down and perched on the pergola, saw a shallow bowl of water in my garden, and hopped down to dip his feet in. He must have thought there was potential for hunting until he got down there and discovered the water only just covered his toes. Beautiful bird.
Sorry i can't vote.Love them all.:0)
