The solutions to the first two quizzes have been parasites. I'm guessing therefore that we are looking for another parasitic organism.
The clue seems to imply that it might be an anagram. I can see snail there but can't get any further.

The only thing I know about the Nine Inch Nails is the song Hurt which Johnny Cash covered just before he died. That is tonight trivia. Do we have Rock snails, Pete?
