Greetings One and All:
I'm newly registered to the forum but have been watching the beautiful Ospreys here for a couple of months. I'm Caerann from Chicago, Illinois and am pleased to be with you and wanted to introduce myself to all of you. Please drop me a quick note if you will.
Best,

Hi Caerann,
Welcome to the forums enjoy your time here.
You must get the chance to see a lot of wildlife where you are as you have the great lakes right on your doorstep. I spent a lot of time up there in my youth carrying grain from Deluth in Minnesota.

The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!

Thank you all for your warm welcome! I look forward to learning from and sharing info with all of you. My particular area of interest is raptors and there are some currently active web cams for Peregrines, Ospreys and Owls on this side of the pond. If anyone is interested I'd be glad to post sites that I know of so perhaps you can see some of the action prior to migration here in the midwestern region.
