I too am a newbie. This seems a really good site with friendly folk - and the photos are truly amazing. I love photographing wildlife but freely admit I am no expert so any good shots I get are pure luck!
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
