I would guess a thrush but I can't expand the photo on my device so best wait for someone more knowledgeable than me

Its much bigger than a thrush and there are at least 4 of them in our local churchyard
As I say I can't enlarge on my device so hopefully an expert shall be along soon to give you some useful help
Might also be useful if you can say which part of the UK you are in
I reckon it's a Mistle Thrush, the largest of our native thrushes. They are quite partial to yew berries as they can pass through their systems without getting poisened.

Thank you all I did think it was a Mistle thrush as it is in a church yard ,I have only started to see them the last 2 weeks
