For the first time in several years we have glimpsed bullfinches our garden. Sadly today I found a young bullfinch dead but without obvious signs of injury. What might be the cause ? We don't use any garden chemicals and have woodland and field as our boundary
Very early for a juvenile bullfinch to be out and about. Whatever it was, could it have been a window collision?
