Hello all, I'm new here and can't think where else to ask for advice.
We live in coastal North Wales, at the top of a small cliff. There is a huge variety of wild birds, many nesting on cliff ledges, including kestrels.
However, recently the cliff edge, face and strip of land at the bottom has been listed for sale. We've had people tresspass on our property trying to access the edge for a look. One such guy said he has huge development plans, and millionaire backers. Can we do anything to protect these beautiful wild birds from the disturbance of construction? Cliff is 200ft ish, so noise and vibration would certainly be an issue for any nesting birds.
Thanks
Can only think that you get in touch with your local council for advice and to view the plans as they must have approved this and to see if you can lodge an objection!
