Hi. We saw this bird on our local pond today and haven't seen one before.
Does anyone know if it's a Muscovy duck?

Hi and welcome to the forum, your duck appears to have the red facial markings of a female and the plumage may be correct as the images on google show many different colours and plumage patterns ...wait to see what others say as I am no expert!
