Never seen this pigeon in the garden until this morning. Would like to know what’s going i here, if there’s anything to worry about and what actions to take to keep the other little birds safe. Thanks for any advice! sorry, best photos we could get

I did wonder if the crusty appearance of it's eyes & cere was an indication of some illness/disease but apparently quite normal as discussed in this Q&A pigeon site albeit Australian! www.pigeons.biz/.../
