I spotted a small, round, blue/grey bird, sitting in a blackberry bush, enjoy the late afternoon sun in Cambridgeshire Fens. When I looked up it's details, it is identical to a Blue Grey Gnatcatcher, but I'm led to understand these only live in America! Any thoughts?

Most people, incl me, will have never seen a blue grey gnatcatcher. We're therefore reliant on finding the photo you are matching to your sighting. IMO, almost none of the photos make it look "round". Probably best to say which photo you believe is the closest match so we know what to compare to. Also, this time of year, 'text book' adult breeding plumage is less likely and a lot of immature birds are about.
