I have a bird feeder in my garden and it's close to the neighbours fence.
They have not been bothered by this until a few months ago, now my next door neighbour has stuck loads of bird scaring things on sticks to scare the birds away from my bird feeder and my garden.
Is my neighbour allowed to do this, as I enjoy seeing the birds feeding every day.
