Sorry Linda ..no,only bird I could find that definitely resembles it was the chipping sparrow…..will see if it reappears tomorrow.

What about a tree sparrow or female blackcap..maybe others will be able to throw some other ideas your way ;-)

Thanks Linda,might have been a female blackcap,it had a bright distinctive cap.
