Crow making unusual call !!

I have noticed this crow 2 times making this call in my back garden, I am stumped as to what it could be. I have tried looking at of the different calls and cannot find this. I was wondering if anyone would be able to identify what it is!!

    I have one crow that makes that sound aswell..no idea why though

    I've listened to magpies and all of their vocalistions I've heard have (apparently) been greater than commonly documented calls/vocalisations. They appear to have a varied 'language'. (Nope, I'm not doing the scientific study. Far too long in the tooth for that).

    Crows can also (learn to) mimic. Or so I've read.

    (A starling I once encountered had a common mobile phone ring tone off to a tee)
