Hi there,
new to this group but would like to ask if it’s common to see a magpie that is canary yellow and black instead of white and black. It’s been visiting the garden for the past 3 days.
Found this on internet ... www.researchgate.net/.../286410201_Yellow_and_black_Common_Magpies_Pica_Pica
Obviously can't vouch for authenticity!

Birding is for everyone no matter how good or bad we are at it,enjoy it while you can
Hello and welcome to the group Becky.
Nature often throughs some interesting and strange spanners in the workings, to coin the phrase.
I've never seen a yellow and black magpie, and reading the replies, it strikes me to be quite a rare sighting.

Yes, there is, Debbie
First, click on Use Rich Formatting below any Reply box. This will open up the full editor.
Then, from the drop down Insert menu. choose Insert image/ video file. Then follow instructions.
Alternatively, you can simply drag and drop the file from your device into the editor pane.
Good luck
Ps I should have said your image file should be smaller than 4Mb or it won't load.

To upload photos, the following should help guide you through.
You can either upload a file, or use a link to upload the photos from Google Photos, Picasa or other photo sharing applications, though i'm not sure about Instagram or Facebook, they usually require those viewing the photos to be signed up, and not everyone uses those two.
Not sure I've done this right but hopefully you can see pics of our resident magpie
