  • I visited Radipole today and quite frankly was disappointed..it is totally grown over and it is impossible to see anything over or through the Reed Beds.

    I would think that, now breeding season is over, they'll be cutting back vegetation. My local reserve (not an RSPB one) is in a similar state.

    Our herring gulls are red listed birds.  Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
