Help with uploading a photo

Each picture needs to be less than 4Mb, so you can either crop them (I find that easiest) or reduce the size with photo edit software.

If you don't have specific editing software but have Microsoft Photos on the computer then that allows saving images with different file sizes. It's ok for a small number but a pain for lots as you have to do each one individually. Go into "..." and "resize". It has a "best for e-mail and messages" option but you can experiment with others depending on the original file size.
