Can anyone identify this bird please

Tricky one. Could be a leucistic Great Tit or or even a Blue Tit. I think I would favour the first. Bluey/black legs would indicate to me one of the tit family.

Best to wait for further opinions though

leucistic plumage means the feathers are missing melanin- so most colurs ( except yellow if present ) are missing

If someone takes the time to scale the peanuts to the bird I think that will resolve blue or great tit :)

Shame it had no tail- that would have sorted it :)
