Hi I found a baby birth a thrush mayb in the doorway to my partners garage it nearly got run over I no best thing is to leave case parents still there but it's right where the cars come in an no nearby trees just a low bush an lots of cats about I found an old abandoned nest in my garden an put it in box an bird has settled in it an gone to sleep don't no what to do next any help would b apriciated
Hi Mandy, that looks like a juvenile blackbird. If you look at www.helpwildlife.co.uk there might be a centre near to you that can help. There are quite a few wildlife rescue centres around the country that deal exclusively with wildlife rather than pets.
