As part of my research into organic farming, I came across RURAL HERITAGE magazine, which runs a farming apprenticeship scheme. I also found that the magazine is published by the Mischka Press, http://www.mischkapress.com, which produces some very good books on organic farming, including looking after domestic fowl. There are also gorgeous calendars featuring working horses, donkeys and mules.
