Hello! I bought a new book today, it's called the Field Guide to Birds of Britain & Europe! The consultant editor is Paul Sterry. It has over 1000 colour photographs and illustrations/descriptions etc etc. I'm loving it! Plus it was on offer for £4.99 in my local Garden Centre (went there to buy a nestbox too....lol).

There are a couple of books by Rob Hume that I'd also recommend. One is titled Usborne Guide to Birds of Britain and Europe. The other was published by Shell Petroleum and is called Easy Bird Guide.
Collins Bird Guide is also worth having in your collection. You can never have too many bird books :)

Thanks! I'll keep an eye out for them :-)
The one published by Shell used to be available on special offer 2 for £10 at motorway service stations , but that was a while ago. If you see it grab one for a friend , they'll love you for it :)
