Rock Dove

A Rock Dove has arrived in our garden. It has yellow leg tags. Should this be reported somewhere, it's fairly tame and doesn't fly away when I POST ut seed down.

    One of the two rings will be a metallic one, this is the RPRA (Royal Pigeon Racing Association) ring. Yellow means a 2019 bird, This ring identifies the individual bird. The other ring might have a phone number. I tend to leave racers alone unless they are injured. Many owners don't want them back as they have failed to return. Some will 'dispose' of them for the same reason. Offer it food and it might join a local Feral flock if there is one.
