Ive just started uploading them so there will be more to come soon.
Im not the best cameraman in the world but its a bit hard to keep still while watching aswell :)
So i must improve on the steadiness ;)

Hi Nisus, I have just really enjoyed watching your fantastic video link. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing more.
Rockwolf said: Wow! That sounds idyllic Nisus!! I can quite empathise with all those distractions! I wouldn't get much work done either!! At the end of the day, as long as it's liveable (somewhere dry to sleep and something to cook on) it doesn't matter how long it takes! After all, the reason for getting this place surely is to enjoy the location! Look forward to hearing more about the wildlife there and seeing more pics/videos! :-)

Hi MarJus, well we got a little caravan to sleep in while im doing the work as its a proper building site at the moment & not ideal for our 20 month old daughter. But we manage ok & like you say im in no rush :D
Hi all thanks for all the comments so far i will upload more once im not as busy as i am at the moment.
Hi all,
Added a few more videos:
Yellowhammer
Redwing
Nuthatch
Great Crested Grebe
Cormorant
Long Tailed Tit
I really enjoyed watching your videos Nisus, thankyou. I loved watching the yellowhammer. May I point out, before everybody else does, that you shouldn't leave fatballs in those nets, as the birds could be injured or even worse, by trapping their foot, claw, leg etc in the netting
Hi Brenda,
Yes i know the net bags are dangerous arent they, but this is at a feeding area on cannock chase so i didnt put the fatball up it was already there when i arrived & its very busy i dont think the fat ball would last long & there are always lots of people about.
Me personally i wouldnt hang it up like that.
Glad you liked the videos.
Thanks Nisus. Didn't mean to sound harsh but those nets always worry me, since I had to rescue a starling from one, who I might add, didn't appear to appreciate my help. I wish they would stop selling them. Anyhow I did love your videos and keep them coming.
Poor starling, yes they should stop selling them really.
They could wrap them in perforated plastic(like cling film) or paper so you have to actually remove it to get to the fat ball.
Hang on a minute i think Dragons Den are trying to phone me ;D
Hi Nisus, I have just commented on your new ones on your other thread. They are fabulous. I've never seen a yellowhammer or a chiffchaff so it was great to see those. Thank you.
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
