As with the 2020 season, barn owls did not use the box for breeding in 2021, will this year be different?

You could be right and maybe that is why it is not being eaten, do they think it is tainted maybe....Now you can see its Long tail....
Body almost out of view now, tail still quite visible though!
Edit @ 19.20 ... big mouse/small rat being shared between Mum & one of the biggies ... still not seen tiny!

Evening Wendy and Kate,
According to chat, tiny is no more...
Posted on chat at 8:32 and again at 10:11
Audrey • 11 hours agoLooks like biggy number one is lying on Tiny.
Audrey • 9 hours agoI'm afraid it looks like Tiny is no more. It was inevitable I suppose, I did see Mum eating something which was not rodent. It is good she still has four strong owlets and plenty of food coming in.
Very sad but quite inevitable, I think, bless it. Let's hope the remaining four chicks continue to do well, Wendy.
Edit: I've just looked at Kate's 10:19 pic again and can now see Tiny under the bigger owlet at the front, that's in contradiction to the second comment I quoted from chat. Maybe it had been in that position earlier (as with the 8:32 posting).
I noticed it, last week I think, when she looked at the cam while feeding the youngsters, Wendy. All appears ok with her eye when she has it fully open, which is the majority of the time
Four gorgeous chicks!
