As with the 2020 season, barn owls did not use the box for breeding in 2021, will this year be different?

In answer to that question, yes!
9 eggs laid: Incubation period is 30-31 days
Hatches:
1st chick - 21.5.21 2nd chick - 23.5.22 3rd chick - 24.5.22 4th chick - 26.5.22 5th chick - 29.5.22 6th chick - 2.6.22 7th chick - ??? 8th chick - 5.6.22
Eggs were alone
The female soon returned
She stood up briefly after I took this pic but not long enough to do an egg count. She settled down in the same position!
Well, she didn't listen to me - 7 eggs now!
No more now please sweetheart!
A clear view of the 7 eggs when the female went up to the exit
She returned
Prey delivery and mating
The male left. She began to eat immediately and appeared to be very hungry
It didn't take her long to finish her meal
Thanks Sandra
Well assuming one is the old unviable, hopefully this will be her clutch of Six.This mornings view.

As we say 'Oh Dear'
she just lifted, but very tight on eggs, so whilst am sure eight, will not say for definite.
