25 September (Sydney)
Xav was 10 minutes late with his first pop-in
These are all the changeovers from mid-morning till bedtime:
IMAGICAT
Eek !!!
"Eek" indeed - I now cannot find my snap of the resident spider that crept into view last night, not even in Recycle Bin - and it was an essential prelim to this reaction from Di & Xav at lunchtime today:
Morning of the 27th, Xav unusually took over on his first early visit - then later he brought breakfast - and later still Diamond took a longer break than usual, with the eggs left alone.
Another breakfast from Xav:
30 September
Unusually, Xav took over incubation on first pop-in in the morning:
He was on duty till 06:03, then he returned @ 09:04, chilled and preened on the ledge while waiting for the mist (drizzle? smoke?) to clear:
Just a quickie:
Early popin - he didn't stay but came back later and gave Diamond a good break - progress is problem-free so far:

And things are going well - here's the latest breakfast delivery:
But I couldn't get that off the best cam, as that 6-hour clip had thrown a wobbly, as it occasionally does. Weird.
Monday morning - this is long but Xavier's behaviour is kinda interesting - and I didn't know how many clips there'd be when I started out
I really should have added the duration in some places, as people won't think of checking the timeline all the time.
