Peregrine Falcon, Orange NSW - 2020

If you see this before it is too late, have a look at the Ledgecam, www.youtube.com/watch , and scroll back to about 12.55 pm Aussie time today Sunday the 20th of December. Izzi was relaxing at the ledge, sitting on his backside with his feet stuck out in front of him--never saw anything like it!

I did wonder if he had an injury, Wendy. Hope not. He also seemed exhausted with all that lying down flat. Or is he now a teenager, sleeping all day?!

Seems ok, but he misjudged where his feet were when he landed, crashing into the ledge because his whole body was too low. Maybe a bit deficient in brain cells?!

Lol! Takes a while for these youngsters to perfect the art of skilful landings especially having to fly up so high!

I won't start a new thread, possibly LIMPY & CLARE will decide when the new season starts, or WENDY or another devotee will recognise the signs
