DAY 28 ... Mrs SD shows off eggs ... still whole!

I find it a bit troubling to see (as just now) the leg bones of previous dead chicks with rings in place. I think the 2018 chicks were ringed before things took a turn for the worst. Hopefully there will be a better outcome this year. Ian

Oh no problem Ian :) I didn't watch the 2017 season but felt put off last year after seeing that there had been a failed nest

Just had a look back at last year's thread to remind myself that three fledged & provided pretty good views during July & early August as they kept popping back to roost until they dispersed one by one ... Hope it's as successful this year!
