Woo Hoo! It's time for a new thread. I wonder what this new year holds in store for our birds?
At least they are starting the year with some beautiful weather. Strangely enough, so am I!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Getting lighter:
We're only 10 hours behind Orange now. I think their clocks go back in a week or two's time.
The day cam is on:
Anyone know what is up with this nest and the Falconcam project, please? Thought I saw a bird on the ledge just now but not certain if it was a video or live. Last blog seems to be from 16 February 2018.
Kind regards, Ann
Just been having a peek & see that both cam views are showing recorded material but Nestcam is still live on YT although Ledgecam not available ... if you scroll back to 21st Dec 2017 on blog there is a direct link!
Reading Cilla's last few posts it seems unlikely there will be another season as we've had in the past, will have to wait & see what Scott will do!
Clare has a better understanding than myself!

Well done, Limpy, for spotting this bird!
Some recent updates from Cilla - good to see her back and able to post!
Diamond is on the ledge as we speak.
