Hi Kate, I am typing this quietly not wanting to say too much but, we have had BB for 10 days now, so I think it is on to stay on!!!!! All because folk on the 2 initial dates and after 4 BT visits couldn't be bothered to ACTIVATE us!!!! Quick enough to take your money over the two months though! Have to say had a very nice manager in the complaints dept that kept in touch until the job was completed, we got re embursed for the 44 days and a goodwill refund on top. Can watch and see videos now with no interruption, it's great.
Bank Holiday bonus this evening with an adult Peregrine eating on the scrape & having a good long rest afterwards
