Is Spring in the air for these two?

I already have a lot of holes and missing bits from the liners in my window boxes. I think they are starting early here! Good idea to put the nesting wool in a peanut holder. They are redundant as peanut holders at the moment!
Cheers, Linda.

Hi Sparrow, I got the idea after the "cotton wool ball size clump" incident because, apart from the size of the ball he was holding in his beak, long strands were trailing behind like a jet stream. Unfortunately he mis-judged flying over the trellis and some strands snagged on it - causing a spectacular double back flip by Mr BT - and still he wouldn't let go of his "prize". I imagined him arriving back at the nest and saying to Mrs BT "Mmmmph". LOL
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
What a little sweetheart he was. I hope his nest was lovely and warm and cosy after all that effort!
