The popular BBC wildlife series ‘Springwatch’ is back and will be live from the RSPB’s Ynys-hir nature reserve near Machynlleth in mid-Wales this year. It will be coming to you on Monday 28 May and the webcams are now live.

Really surprised to hear that it ends tomorrow! I thought we had another week.
I've very much enjoyed Charlie's contributions this year. He's shown us some wonderful filming of two iconic species, the otter and the kingfisher, it's been really interesting.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
Yeah last show tonight, it's flown by! We're planning on doing a Springwatch highlights poll so if you have any outstanding memories from this years series that you think we should include let us know this afternoon.
I know what my favourite moments were but i'll keep them under my hat for now!

I've been watching the Sandpipers on the Springwatch webcams. 3 of the eggs have hatched. The parents are sitting on the nest still but the babies havent been fed yet. How long is it before they start to feed?
Thanks
Sue
