For all those interested this will be starting tonight at 8pm on BBC 1 - another of the BBC's great "Spy in the....." series where they send state of the art cameras undetected into the animal kingdom to get some interesting shots!
Here's a sneak peak! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80BXZfuevkE
Just watched it - absolutely wonderful! I love the spy creatures they use as well!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
I just watched it too, great stuff and I love those spinner dolphins :)

And the female who got all interested!
Well worth a watch, both MrT and I were captivated by ingenious and how energetic those dolphins were. Just amazing. I am sure you'll love it Doggie.
Fantastic program as ever and those spy cameras were out of this world!! Would love to see a program 'behind the scenes' just on those!!

I enjoyed it too, agree with HAZY those Spinner Dolphins are brill! Rockwolf, I have a feeling that on the last episode they usually do a 'behind the scenes' segment, I think they did for the penguin one where they showed the cameras breaking and being eaten etc....but I could be wrong! Bring on the next one and some more wildlife progs in 2014! I guess we have Winterwatch soon, we really need a winter for that although I guess they could talk about the flooding and storms etc....

New series advertised for BBC1 on Thursday 16th - Hidden Kingdoms - which looks fantastic too! :-)
Brilliant! Just heard that Winterwatch is on 20th-23rd January live from the Cairngorms...at least its a bit more wintery up there!
Excellent! Looking forward to it! :-)
Just hoping that we don't cop the wintry weather the USA & Canada are currently enduring.... we often do a few weeks later....!
