Hi there My enterprising OH came home last night with a 'Gorillapod' or 'tripod' for our camera.
It was bought from Dixons. Interesting bit of kit to add to our collection http://www.picstop.co.uk/Joby/ The tripod has 'bendy' legs and be adjusted to stand any angle on all types of surfaces.

Kathy and Dave
Hi Blackbird,

Snap! A review from you will be very welcomed.
John :-)
For viewing or photography right place right time is everything. I'd rather be in the right place with poor kit than have the best kit and be in the wrong place.
Hi SB and John
Yes, I will let you know how it goes.
The idea is to have a camera set up for quick pictures. If the subject decides to be in one area - it stops all the fiddling about with the camera. Just another chance to make life easier with photographs in general.
Anyhow we shall see how it goes.
Hi Kathy
Have you been getting much use of your Gorillapod. How is it?
