A visit to my local national Trust site Nostell Priory today, a quick cup of tea and a sandwich in the cafe
Then a walk around the lakes that I had access to, as one of the bridges was closed and had workmen on it today doing some repairs, therefore I could not get access to my favourite areas. So not a lot of photos today but there was a pintail bird that I had not seen before, so another bird to go on my list which I was pleased about. Hope you like the few photos
Hope you like them
For the record my ID skills are not what they should be and thanks to Tony Teejay the so called pintail is actually a gadwall
Nice to see a Gadwall ILR and the Heron, shame about the bridge repairs.
Thanks Snappy maybe have better luck next time I go.
Lovely shots ILR. I particularly like number 8 ...
Many thanks BD that was my favourite photo too.
Nice set of pics.
Many thanks William
Fabulous photos again ILR, I don't worry about the ID, most of us get caught out.
What better than a nice welcoming warm cuppa and bite after a wander and taking brilliant photos.
