I can recall the days when pubs  shut early in Wales, and that wasn't the hard part, Sunday's they were closed!

You'd have loved the place we stayed in (just a little further east along the coast from Wells-next-the-sea) for the pied wagtails, starlings and more.

very nice pic Snappy,   love Stonechats as they often oblige and stay perched for a while when they see a camera unlike other birds !
