Thanks Hazy . I was lucky to get this one as it flew over my head from behind, fortunately I was holding my camera at the time. I don't see them often, but this was the second of the day. The first was a male which was being mobbed and was forced away before it came close enough...
Fabulous Photo Snappy I have only seen a Sparrowhawk twice although I have found a bunch of pigeon feathers on the lawn a couple of times a calling card to say they had made a visit.
Super shot Snappy...spookily I got one yesterday too, having only seen a couple before!
