Thanks Mr Kes. Had at least 3 flying about and one seemed to be a juvenile as it was still being fed. With them flitting about it was hard to keep track of them.

You can be eaten alive by midges in the evening (or you used to be). Scotland doesn't have sole preserve on the human-munching midge,
